FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA
For a little over ten years Randy served as Senior Pastor at the First Baptist Church in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. During his ministry he led the church into building a 30,000 square foot Family Life Center to help reach out to the community. He also served as Chaplain to both the Police and Fire Departments.
During that same time Randy served on the State Board of Mission of the Florida Baptist Convention serving as President one year. He alsoo served as Vice-President of the Florida Baptist State Convention.
NEW LIFE BIBLE CHURCH, ABACO, BAHAMAS
Randy has a Pastor's heart and God called him to Pastor. The NLBC on the island of Man-O-War Cay is a mission minded congregation. The leaders of the church have led this church to not only give to missions but to go and serve in missions. The church was a perfect fit for the home base of Island Outreach Inc.
Randy pastored this church for 12 years while doing mission work throughout the Bahamian Out Islands. With the aid of the airplane he was able serve both his church and the other Pastors on the Out Islands. New Life Bible Church is an active congregation of about 100 people on an island that has less than 300 residents, if everyone was home.
